Nebulous

The work Nebulous is a search of vulnerability behind the scenes. In Nebulous Axelle VM Philtjens collaborated with 3 other artists to create a video. The model for this video was placed in a small space, taking on uncomfortable poses for the video. The images were made with analog film and shot behind the scenes in close cooperation with the model.
The purpose of this work was to capture the vulnerability and experience of the nude model who still manages to shield parts of themselves
